Welcome to the sheet music store of David Raygoza ("the Studio"). By browsing, purchasing, or downloading from this site you agree to these terms. 1. Products. All products are digital sheet music (PDF) of original compositions by David Raygoza unless a listing states otherwise. Product pages describe exactly what is included with each purchase. 2. Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; the Studio never sees or stores your full card details. 3. Digital delivery. Files are delivered as digital downloads on the confirmation page and remain available in your account library. Because products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final as described in our Refund Policy. 4. Accounts. An account is not required to browse or purchase. If you create an account with the email used at checkout, your purchases and re-downloads appear in your library automatically. 5. Acceptable use. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or systematically download any content from this site. Score files may not be shared or posted publicly — see the Sheet Music License. 6. Ownership. All compositions, engravings, recordings, artwork, and site content remain the intellectual property of David Raygoza. 7. Contact. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page. If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
