Sheet Music License

Every purchased score is licensed for use by the purchaser. The composer, David Raygoza, retains ownership of the composition and the engraving at all times. Permitted uses: • Print the score for your own personal study and performance. • Perform the work live, non-commercially, without notifying the studio (a program credit "Music by David Raygoza" is appreciated). • Record the work and share or publish the recording, crediting the composer. • Make up to three (3) backup copies for personal use. • Educational and ensemble licenses (where offered on the product page) allow printing the number of copies needed for one classroom or one ensemble. Prohibited uses: • Reselling, renting, or distributing the PDF in any form, modified or unmodified. • Uploading or sharing the file on file-sharing sites, social media, or public drives. • Removing watermarks or copyright notices, or passing the engraving off as your own. • Arranging, adapting, or translating the work for public distribution without written permission. • Commercial uses such as paid recordings, broadcast, synchronisation with film or games, or inclusion in method books — these require a separate license from the studio.
