All products sold in this store are digital sheet music files delivered immediately upon payment. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered once a file has been downloaded or a download link has been accessed, because digital goods cannot be returned. Please use the score previews and audio demonstrations on each product page to make an informed choice before purchasing. Exceptions. If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match its product description, contact the studio within 14 days of purchase and a corrected file or a full refund will be provided. Failed payments. Orders that do not complete payment are never fulfilled, and no charge is made. Duplicate charges. If you were charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate payment is refunded in full.
